ER-TFT080-1-6105 is 8 inch TFT LCD display paired with 800x480 pixels and an RA8889 Controller Board. This controller board is notable for its low power consumption and integrated 128M SDRAM memory, enabling smooth video playback without lagging, even when interfaced with the simplest 8051 microcontroller. To ensure swift refreshing of screen content from the display memory, it supports a versatile range of interfaces, including 8080/6800 8-bit and 16-bit parallel, 3-wire, 4-wire, I2C SPI serial. Additionally, it boasts a built-in MicroSD card slot, making it optional microSD cards. Font chips and flash chips are also available.
ER-TFT080-1-6105 is loaded with powerful features such as multiple display buffers, Picture-in-Picture capability, transparency control, display rotation and mirroring, as well as built-in JPEG and AVI decoders. It offers flexibility in touch panel options, being compatible with both resistive and capacitive touch panels.
For Arduino enthusiasts, we provide an Arduino shield accessory that facilitates a quick and seamless connection between the ER-TFT080-1-6105 and the Arduino board. Recognizing the diverse connection requirements of our users, we offer two connection methods: FFC and pin header. To save you the hassle, we will prepare the connection for you, eliminating the need for manual assembly.
For users of 8051, we have also prepared corresponding sample programs that can be downloaded and used.
Lastly, the ER-TFT080-1-6105 offers an optional choice between 3.3V and 5V operation, further enhancing its versatility and compatibility with various systems and applications.
