Description
ER-TFT050-9 is a 5 inch IPS TFT portrait LCD display with the resolution of 480x854 pixels. The display has a high contrast ratio of 800:1 making it capable of rendering deep blacks and vibrant colors. The IPS technology allows full viewing angle.
ER-TFT050-9 is built-in ST7701S controller,3-wire SPI and the 24-bit RGB parallel interface are used in a sequence to communicate data to the display. The SPI interface is first used to initialize the display parameters through command registers. Once initialized, the display can receive data over the RGB parallel interface at a higher speed.
ER-TFT050-9 comes with optional capacitive touch screen allowing users to interface with the display through touch and multi-touch input with bare fingers and with optional FPC connector.
That is suitable for a wide range of applications, including industrial control systems, home automation and portable electronics.
