Hello, is this display compatible with a regular windows 10 PC? Is there available drivers of the capacitive touch controller for windows 10? Thank you

Hi,
As long as you could supply HDMI signals from your window 10 to 10.1" tft display hdmi driver board, Then 10.1" tft display will work.
Regarding the capacitive touch, It is driver free, You could run it on windows 10 directly without install any driver.
